Trained as an anthropologist, Paul is a seasoned adman who has been studying and influencing business and culture for years. Nike gave him his first lesson in branding years ago. He went on to manage a sales kiosk with Cingular Wireless and learned a lot on the front lines. Paul swore he’d never return to sales and made big plans for a life in Academia, but things changed for him. After graduating, CP+B (creative ad agency) hired him for his experience in ethnography, his effortless empathy, and his hustle-hard mentality. Since then, Paul has creatively and strategically influenced big brands like Bacardi, Beats, Burger King, Coca-Cola, Crown Royal, Mercedes-Benz, Miller Lite, MINI, TUMS, Volkswagen, Visa and more. Before returning to his hometown of Miami, he ran a creative studio in Venice, CA that focused on the creation of branded art. He also pursued his own art and exhibited work internationally during this time. Paul thrives within the merging worlds of art, branding, business and cultural development. All his work is grounded in a simple belief – everything is connected. Today he leads the creative department at TEAM and balances work with making art, playing music and spending time with his family. Paul is living his dream and he’s inspiring others to live their own.
