Starting at a young age, Marie Piraino has gravitated towards a life in hospitality. Upon graduating with a dual degree in English and Spanish, Marie accepted an Outlets Manager position with Loews Hotels. Here she garnered experience working for the luxury hotel group overseeing multiple outlets and managing standards, while pushing the creative and innovative limits, ultimately leading to opening the hotel’s first freestanding restaurant concept.
From Loews, she joined the prestigious cocktail bar Emmanuelle, perfecting technique and focusing on sustainability in cocktail production. Throughout the years, Marie has taken the spirit of hospitality to numerous high-volume craft cocktail bars and restaurant concepts, perfecting her craft and gaining knowledge.
Marie excels at training and presenting on spirits, cocktail methodology and technique, and hospitality best practices. In 2016, Marie joined TEAM Enterprises with the first members of L’Equipe St Germain then accepted a position with Grey Goose as the NAOP Brand Ambassador, bringing her to reside in Miami. Presently, Marie is the Grey Goose Ambassador for Miami and loves spreading her love of vodka and hospitality to everyone she meets.
- Organized activations for numerous national events including SOBEWFF, Aspen Food & Wine, The US Open, Tales of the Cocktail, and multiple PGA Tour events
- Bar Director of FEASTIVAL; a massive fundraiser for the arts where she designed and built 7 bars, hired and trained all staff, and managed sponsorships to execute an event led by Philadelphia’s best chefs and bar teams
- Attended myriad seminars globally focusing on spirit, beer, and wine education
